The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science, leading policy, and advocacy campaigns, and building partnerships.

We plan to spend £16bn over the next ten years, funding new discoveries in life, health, and wellbeing, and taking on three global health challenges: mental health, infectious disease and climate and health.

These challenges need the bold science we support, but they won’t be solved by science alone.

This role will lead the multi-disciplinary matrix team that will iteratively develop the platform to serve our key internal and external users.

As a Funding & Relationships Product Lines Manager, you will:

  • Engage with colleagues across Wellcome to identify needs, opportunities, gaps and solve problems

  • Collaborate on the product functional design and UX design process based on an intimate knowledge of the customer and technology

  • Play a leading role in effectively resolving major incidents and problems affecting the technologies and products provided by the function.

  • Apply agile methodologies in a DevOps environment, and lead the work’s planning, prioritisation and delivery to drive positive change continuously

  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation, collaborating across departments.

Is this job for me?

This is the job for you if you want to work as a product manager, understand Salesforce and are enthused by the problems Wellcome is aiming to solve.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience and understanding of the Salesforce platform

  • Has a background in supporting software or services in partnership with engineering teams, iterative development, and understanding of Agile principles.

  • Has excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

  • Has demonstrable experience in Product Management and Product Development.

  • Has significant experience in supplier relationship management.
