National Respiratory Audit Programme (NRAP) Project Manager
Salary Band: Grade 5, £35,385 per annum
Full time, FTC until April 2024 (Maternity Cover)
We are seeking to appoint a project manager to cover maternity leave for the National Respiratory Audit Programme (NRAP) formally known as National Asthma & COPD Audit Programme (NACAP). The contract for the NRAP, will launch in June 2023, and was awarded to the RCP for a 3-year period. The aim of the work is to drive improvement in respiratory disease across primary care, secondary care, and pulmonary rehabilitation with the delivery of national clinical and organisational audits across England and Wales. Main responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- The operational planning, delivery and ongoing evaluation of the work required for programme.
- Ensuring that outputs are delivered:
- In line with contractual obligations and allocated resources,
- To the satisfaction of the commissioner and stakeholders,
- In line with RCP’s core values
- Active engagement with stakeholders so that the partnership remains productive and successful.
- Work collaboratively with the programme team members to ensure the smooth running of the programme to the satisfaction of our commissioner.
About you
Proven experience in project management and able to demonstrate project management skills used in the delivery of work.
You will have:
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be at ease working with a wide variety of audiences,
- the ability to interpret, use and present data to a diverse audience,
- the ability to effectively work alongside busy clinical leadership and sub-contractors,
- experience of working within the NHS or other health related environments.
