PROSPECTUS: Head of Solutions Delivery

Prospectus is delighted to be collaborating with our client to recruit for a Head of Solutions Delivery. The organisation is a nonprofit tech company committed to transforming the way the world fights poverty. They build technology to radically increase transparency and effectiveness in global development, making sure that every vaccine, every dollar, every public good reaches the people who need them most. This is a fully remote, however we are currently only able to accept applications from individuals located in the UK, France, Ghana, Bangladesh, Rwanda, Uganda, and Ethiopia. Some international travel is expected when required.

Our client is committed to continually improving technical excellence and rigour applied at the frontlines of digital health and humanitarian projects. The Head of Solutions Delivery is an exciting role that will manage a team of technical specialists, designing solutions which truly meet their partners needs, and support the delivery of projects throughout the world. Responsibilities include leading all technical solutions design approaches with clients and partners and developing and implementing international development sector leading approaches to user experience and user workflow optimisations. You will own all project data processes, through data capture, storage, analytics and visualisation for clients, and drive insights for projects, product, and user experience (UX) continuous improvements. In addition you will support country project teams on all technical optimisation and technical troubleshooting requirements, the organisations public policy agenda, and prepare reports and presentations when required.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of designing solutions and projects in the ICT4D (Tech for Development) space. You will have excellent leadership skills, having successfully managed teams of technical specialists/data scientists, and will have strong technical troubleshooting experience. You will have exceptional stakeholder engagements skills, having worked directly with external partners or clients, and will also have a user experience (UX) focus. In addition, you will have a good understanding of data flows, reporting, dashboards and responsible data/GDPR.

2/ Do you have the drive and experience to continually refine integration points (across a range of software), identify ways to improve technology pairings for complete use cases, and the ability to personally implement the technical changes

3/ Do you have great data instincts, a passion for detail, and demonstrable experience in using user experience research to positively influence human centre design approaches and user-focused implementation
