PROSPECTUS: Data Analyst – Visualisation and Process Improvement

Prospectus is delighted to be collaborating with a multi-academy trust in the South West of the UK to recruit for a Data Analyst, to join their growing team. This will be remote working role, and benefits include 25 days annual leave plus eligibility to join pension scheme with exceptional employer contribution.    
      
Focused on visualisation and process improvement, you will create analysis reports and tools for educational data and business operations, such as datasets, finance, compliance and the catering business. A variety of packages will be used for Analysis such as Microsoft Power BI, Report Builder and custom report tools. Sourcing data, you will use API’s, SQL database gateways, Sharepoint lists, oData Feeds and spreadsheets. You will ensure efficient, effective and robust processes are in place for collecting, validating, processing, transforming and publishing data. 
      
In order to be considered for this role, you will have previous demonstrable experience working in similar Data Analyst role, enhancing process, reporting and quality of business and operational management. You will need to be a confident, articulate communicator with a customer-orientated approach, who is flexible and adaptable with the ability to multi-task and deal with multiple demands on your time. Once in post, the Trust will invest in your professional development, paying for and supporting your acquisition of qualifications across the spectrum of data development and data management.
