Job Description:

The On-Page SEO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing the content and structure of our water damage restoration company’s website. Their primary goal is to ensure that our site is accessible, engaging, and optimized for search engine rankings.

Responsibilities:

Keyword Research & Implementation: Research high-volume and relevant keywords specific to the water damage restoration industry. Implement these keywords naturally within website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs.

Content Optimization: Ensure website content is of high-quality, relevant, and structured correctly for SEO. This includes optimizing headings, meta descriptions, and image alt tags.

Site Structure Analysis: Analyze the website’s architecture to ensure it’s SEO-friendly. Recommend and implement changes as necessary.

Internal Linking: Ensure proper internal link structures to enhance user navigation and distribute page authority throughout the site.

Monitor & Report: Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools to monitor on-page SEO performance, track keyword rankings, and generate monthly reports.

Keep Updated: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and algorithms to ensure the website remains compliant and competitive.

Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, web developers, and digital marketers to ensure cohesive and integrated SEO strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in on-page SEO.
Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
