Responsibilities
Data flow:
- Researching and connecting new data sources and tools
- Utilising existing data sources to extract relevant insights to support research
- Maintaining existing systems and code, solving problems and debugging for efficiency
- Developing new proprietary data tools
Business intelligence:
- Developing and maintaining client reporting and data visualisation solutions
- Sharing strategic insights, new tools and innovative ideas (to team and to clients)
- Working across client teams to drive the use of data & insights in strategy
Attributes
Essential:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Enthusiastic team player
- Desire to learn
Desirable:
- Coding experience with any combination of R, Python, DAX, SQL
- Understanding of statistical significance
- Understanding of strategic significance in a business context
- Interest in finance and economics
- Interest in marketing and communications
- Client-facing experience
