We have recently secured seed funding by investors who recognised the potential of our innovation, as we fulfill the demand gap in the FableTop gaming industry. By providing a platform and incentivising content creators to feature their creativity, we aim to bridge this gap and bring more immersive experiences for players and to attract more creative content within our platform.

Role Description

We are currently seeking skilled Game Content Writers to join our team on a contract basis. This position is remote, and the selected candidates will be tasked with creating captivating and immersive content for our platform. As a Game Content Writer, your responsibilities will include conducting research on topics related to Fabletop and Role-Playing Games, craft compelling stories, editing, and optimising the story for launch.

To effectively enhance brand awareness and drive engagement, you will develop immersive content for players around the world. This entails understanding the preferences of the players, analysing Fabletop trends, and identifying innovative and creative direction for improvements. Your creative thinking and storytelling ability will play a key role in boosting our brand presence and expanding our reach.

It will be crucial for you to stay updated on industry trends, evolving gameplay, and best practices in content creation and user experience. This will allow you to adapt and incorporate new approaches into our content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on industry trends, evolutionary gameplay, and developments in the Fabletop environment.
• Create engaging, high-quality stories for our platform.
• Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and coherence through thorough proofreading and editing.
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives, contributing to campaign planning and content promotion.
• Ability to be flexible and open to feedback and suggestions.
• Continuously learn and improve by staying updated on industry trends, evolving gameplay, and best practices in content creation and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative writing, preferably game-inclined.
• Preferred experience with DnD/Fabletop/Murder Mystery games
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a creative mindset and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Develop stories to be turned into games for the enjoyment of players around the world.
• Game design and creative writing abilities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay updated on Fabletop trends and emerging gaming plots.
