CIVITAS RECRUITMENT: Product Manager (Ethical Fintech company)

Civitas Recruitment are delighted to be working with a great fintech company based in London. The companies aim is to become the premier alternative ethical home purchase provider in the UK and beyond. A great opportunity exists for a Product Manager to join the team. As Product Manager, you will be leading the development of the charities digital banking product. You will be responsible for reviewing the current roadmap and re-defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This is a full-time, permanent role, hybrid working options available with 3 days working in the office.

Who are we looking for?                        

Ideal candidates will have proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager in the fintech or banking industry, with a successful track record of delivering digital products. You will have a solid understanding of digital banking platforms, payments, mobile banking, and related financial services. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines are also essential for this post as are excellent communication skills. Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban would be an advantage however it is not essential for the role.
